What are some basic guidelines, procedures and/or things I generally need to be know when using money or profits from one business to startup a new business. I currently have my main LLC as an S-Corp and my trust established. I’m not looking to invest from self-directed 401K’s, Roths etc, because I will be directly involved in the new business on a daily business. Thank you,
