Hey guys. Been listening for about 2 years now and FINALLY have started pulling triggers , GO NRA!, and started setting up our trifecta.
We have a business, Den Entertainment (S-Corp), that we own. We are starting a new interactive livestream product that we plan to launch under a new entity called StoryShoppe.(LLC) Our goal is to have Den Entertainment own that new entity. We are planning to open this new LLC with two other partners.
The question is;
Should we use a DBA at first until we get to that $40k revenue goal, or since we are planning to open the new LLC with partners, just start off with an LLC that’s partially owned by Den Entertainment and partially owned by other partners?
