Seriously love you guys. Quick set question.

-I have an operating Real Estate Business as a single member LLC (GA).

-Purchasing an AirBnB ($635K) in TN. (in 2 weeks)

Question.

  1. Keep the Same LLC and file foreign in TN to incorporate the AirBnB operation in TN or…

  2. File and entire new Single Purpose LLC in TN
