I have a software consulting business (NAICS code 54150 Computer systems design and related services) and it is an S corp.
I am starting a side hustle which is also consulting but for a different NAICS 541200 - Accounting, Tax Preparation, Bookkeeping, and Payroll Services.
Should I be creating a new LLC (owned by S Corp) or existing S corp is sufficient to carry on this new business?
Both these businesses are different and the risk in the new business is high.
