Hello, I am interested in starting to do business in USA. My plan is to start with regular income spelling digital products as well as affiliate offers) in the USA. As far as I understand for US citizen it is crucial to have S-corp selection once hitting over 40-50k a Year profit. But for me that’s not an option.
I think my best option is just to register LLC. Wondering if you are familiar how exactly will the profits be passed to me, do we calculate the income and expenses following US laws or European? Will it matters if I register the LLC under my name or under my local company? Will it be treated differently? How will the trifecta apply in my case? Will I be able to do a trust at the bottom or it is also limited to US citizens?
