Import/ export biz ( how to strucutre & keep SSDI & SSI benifits...)

HI guys!
(in Florida), ( been on / eligible for SSDI +SSI for 22+ years now @undefined@
very different taxes when was official before 18y old is all i’m say).. 9-)
( I get like 1040? (A (assessed tax returns) – ( so I know S corps don’t work for me, either i go to LLC 1099’s or C corps or skip it since i need the EIN # to take the $ separately since (if i make 500$ (i hear starting next year/soonish it’ll be 1000~ a month) all benefits get taken back.. ( which equal about 30k a year)..
( so.. I had this figured out in a LLC working making 100k in fl before, but ~ it expired- and too $ to restart after 12y ~ (?) ‘it worked perfect at the time.. but.. no one wants to do that again or really create a import corp for my conditions’.. lol.. ( maybe i’m too cautious
8-( (my ‘fear is that, it fails’, i have lost my eligibility because i went over’ - you only need to od that 2x; and my life supporting medication costing like 20k a year will never be covered again..- i blame big pharma for not ever letting those medications be sold in other countries / be sold here for lest then 1-2k a month etc..) different point).. (where a lot of that 30k actually goes from SSA to the pharmacy)… “medicare&medicade”.. ( side point) .. ( but it ALL WORKED out of my old LLC as me a as a the general partner before..).. Oy

Love all the crypto coverage.. ciao ciao

I’m not an expert but perhaps this might help. You might want to meet with the Small Business Administration - SBA. They are all around the country. They give free advice to people starting a business. Also, you might want to see if there are any disability related business resources for someone starting a business - the local SBA might know as they are a great local resource. It seems like having a salary from a company that pays below the disqualification level makes sense. A C-corp or LLC taxed as a C-Corp might give you the most options to have “retained earnings” sit at the corporation level that do not get disbursed to you until the state ups the amount you can earn. Good luck.
