My 7 year old wants to own a food truck for kids, that sells things like little toys, cotton candy, and candy. I am happy to help him as he has always been a salesman. I can open up an LLC in my name and transfer the LLC to him when he becomes 18(due to most venues and events wanting the vendors to be companies), but I am worried about him running,and working it like he wants too. Is it legal for him to run it, and work it? I love the idea of a tiny truck run by a kid, for kids and I can only imagine all the other children he could inspire. I am just trying to figure out how to make it all legal. Please help.
