LLC Structuring for Rental Property

First, thank you for providing a fantastic podcast to help those entrepreneurs just getting started.

I’m currently a W2 employee with a major city in Florida. I recently created an LLC, thru a local lawyer, who is acting as

my ‘Registered Agent’ for an annual fee. My LLC was set up as a Member Managed Holding Company and I plan to open a separate LLC for each new rental property and one for a construction company to make upgrades and improvements at the rentals under the LLC Holding Company.

I just purchased my first rental which will be complete in April 2026. What is the proper way to structure my 2 LLC’s under the Holding Company so to maximize tax benefits and allow the Construction Co to invoice the Rental for work performed.
