My biz partner and his wife took 100k through covid and never paid bills, taxes, or insurance on our rental properties. When I found out, I had to inject 20k to save the company. I finally got all the books figured out, but taxes they filed and capital accounts are a mess and accountants don’t want to touch them. What do I do!!!
