You guys recently answered my "piercing the corporate veil question on your show – thank you for that. Now I need to know what it looks like to co-mingle funds?
I’m a Realtor with an online business bank account and my business is in an LLC (filing as an S-Corp.)
Someone who contracts for me paid me in cash which I had to deposit in my local bank and then transfer the funds to my business (online) bank account because my business bank is not local.
For another example, I do not have checks for this business bank account. If I write a check from my personal account to pay for a business expense and then pay myself back from my business bank is that troublesome?
Am I done for?? Have I pierced the veil??
