Great show! I have a single member LLC for my rental house and my tenant pays me through my personal cash app account. When I get the payment, I deposit it over to my business account. Would this be considered commingling since it’s originally coming into a personal account.
Second question my single member LLC for my rental house. How can I tell if I signed it up for an S Corp. Where would I check to make sure I did that? It’s been a few years. I’m not sure if I filed that form.
