My wife and I created an LLC earlier this year for a side hustle. We are both listed on the articles of organization (MN) as agents/organizers of the LLC. Will we need to file taxes for the business as a partnership or can we file as a sole proprietorship? It’s really just my business right now, but I hope to add her as an employee in a couple years when the business is bigger and also turn it into an S-corp in 2024, when we make more money.
