Hello! My fiancee and I have a new LLC partnership (51% / 49%) that has been operating for a few months now. I understand the benefits of setting up an S-Corp for each owner (once net income is at a level where it makes sense), but I’m not sure on how this would work for a married couple who are also business partners.
Question - when we do get married this November of 2022, would it make sense for both of us to have one S-Corp? Or should we each have our own respective S-Corps?
