Hi there!

what is the process to change the ownership of an s-corp. I have an LLC tax as s-corp but will be transferring ownership to someone different. We don’t want to close the existing EIN or business name as all the business licenses and permits are under that name. We would just like to change the ownership of it. So that I can be
disassociated from the business.
