Hi guys.
I recently found your videos on Youtube and cannot get enough of them. Entertaining and informative! I am in the process of starting my own business, originally planning on just going with an LLC. After watching some of your videos, you suggest switching to an S-Corp from the LLC at the 50K mark. I understand the benefits of the S-Corp, and am considering that right out of the gate, but what is the significance of using 50K as the time to change? I have not seen a good explanation of that reasoning yet.
