Hi Mark, my name is Elmer De La Cruz. I am a new start up business as of November 2021. In February I hired a tax firm by the name of Tax Sentry & sent them all my tax documents. They promised to helped me receive the best return & assign to me a CPA that will work with me 1 on 1. Nothing has happened since & I’ve called & called, emailed them but no response. I can’t get in touch expect leaving voicemails. I feel like I’m on the Shit list. 7 months later they have now responded to me with a simple w2 return but something is not right. With all the expenses I’ve exhausted into my start up, I expected a greater return. What should I do, how do I know this tax firm isn’t jipping me. Can you help me?
