I hear you guys talk about Board of Advisors how you can place trusted family members who’s advise you would respect in this Board for your business. I wanted to make sure you weren’t talking about Board of Directors. Because in California you have to submit board of directors to the Secretary of State, which may turn off some family members who want to protect their privacy. Is there a distinction between Board of Advisors and Board of Directors in California for Corporations? Love the pod.
