I have a board of advisors for my single member LLC. It consists of my wife and 3 children.
I know I am allowed to have a meeting once a year and have that meeting wrote off including travel and dining.
But can I push this to 4x a year? Is more than 1 meeting too much per year?
The plan would be travel each meeting with my board and talk business with my board for that day.
