Trump Accounts for 15 and 17 year olds

Is it worth it to set up Trump accounts if your kiddos are 15 and 17? they won’t be able to take advantage of the $1000 from the gov but what else makes it worth it? I guess some philanthropist might choose to donate down the road or an employer make put some money in
