I am in Virginia. I own a llc as s corp which operates a convenience store business. The property is in my personal name. I am planning to move the property to another llc which I plan to have as disregarded. I want to know can I have my family of 5 as employees in this llc and start a solo 401k in this. Can’t do that in s corp as I have 9 employees in that.
