I am getting ready to start renting use of my residential swimming pool (Swimply) as an additional side-hustle income. I want to run this business through my existing S Corp - accounting for relevant expenses and opportunities for increasing my corporate 401(k) contribution given the anticipated increase in income (via salary). Is there anything specific I should be aware of? Is this a passive income business, like renting an AirBnB, that would require a separate LLC operating as a management company?
