Dear Mark & Matt, once again, love the show and another small business question has come up.
My wifes business is scalable. We are a small medical business for therapy, 8 offices and sometimes on certain hours we are all booked. We want to hire more therapists, my thought is for them to be more if not all virtual We will control all the back office support and payroll. My question is, would you consider this scaling a business, growing in another way within your current footprint and not expanding by renting or purchasing further real estate.
