Rv park ownership

I bought an RV park in Texas in 2024 for $575,000 as a passive investment. Since then, I’ve had to put in nearly $300,000 in improvements, including a new $60,000 septic system and a complete rebuild of the laundry, restrooms, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Because of these expenses, I expect the park will show a loss for at least the next three years. In my main job as a real estate broker, I usually make $200,000–$250,000 a year in personal income.
