Mark, I’m a W2 earner, my (personal not SDIRA) llc owns a long term single family home and a college condo rental. My W2 income limits my full potential for immediate tax benefits of “active”… If I purchased a RV for full time “Outdoorsy” rental, does that unlock the short term rental tax benefits? In addition to the RV write off options?
