Im on medical leave & unable to contribute to my employer sponsored retirement account. I have a question about rolling over my 401k &403b into a checkbook LLC. I want to use my vested retirement money to invest in real estate. It sounds like a great idea but not sure if that is feasible. I have a property & LLC but not sure if it’s setup correctly for real estate investing.
