Would you guys be willing to explain/review the Pass Through Entity Tax legislation that many states are beginning to enact? It seems that making the election to pay state taxes at the entity level could be quite beneficial for many pass-through entity owners/partners. There may be some nuances from state to state, but hearing your thoughts and expertise on the matter would be greatly appreciated.
