We’ve recently moved to FL from TX and was wondering what would be the best way to move our s-corp from TX to FL? this is the s-corp that’s a partner in other companies, and where we do all the expenses and home office. I’d like to to it asap and not wait till the year end (because we’ve been here, working for a few months already and I prefer to avoid the TX Franchise tax if possible 
).
