First of all, I wish to thank you for taking the time to read my email.
Question:
Am I an “investor or a trader” (IRS) is Swing Trading the stock market considered a business where I am liable for self-employment taxes?
I do both long term and short-term trades. I just started to use my Roth to trade out off for tax free growth (good idea or bad idea).
Also interested in a fairly priced tax strategy for someone just getting started. (One rental unit, a home office and a beginning trader.)
I am getting prices all over the place nothing consistent and without finding out what I am trying to do.
No one is saying you can expect a return on what you are paying for service.
