I have a checkbook IRA that I do lending, and I also have a LLC for lending my non-IRA fund.
Can I co-lend using my IRA LLC and my regular LLC in one loan? e.g,
list lender as IRA LLC[60%]/regular LLC[40%]. The profit/expense will be proportioned accordingly to the two LLCs. Borrow will pay interest to the two LLCs in proportion. The money between the two LLC is never mixed.
