can one move a piece of non-leveraged real estate within a self directed IRA into a self directed Roth IRA, and what are the mechanics?
- is investing in a real estate syndication within a self-directed IRA or Roth self-directed IRA a not so good strategy because of the UDFI it generates since there is leverage ? Hard to know the impact going into it…
