How to Expense Whole and Term Life Insurance Policies

I have an S Corp and pay myself a W-2, and my wife a K-1. How can I set up for my business to pay for my Whole Life Insurance and our Term Policies, and does it save on FICA taxes, Federal, and /or state taxes?
