Love your show! I find myself going through the archives and listening to ALL your podcasts repeatedly, so much great info. I have a W2 job and receive a 1099 for Military retirement along with that my wife and I each have a sole prop, and share interest in a LLC, no S election. She is a self publishing author and I buy and sell antiques. We currently live in Alabama and are in the process of buying 20 acres of land in Tennessee. I am currently renting a storage space for inventory and sell out of a rented booth in an antique mall. We are building a house but will also build a storage area and possibly a store front on the property. Would it be possible for our LLC to rent these from us or should I have the LLC pay for the build? Thanks for all you do!
