I want to have a home away from home for myself and my employees. We do an employee retreat at minimum once a year and I would also like to offer the home as a benefit for a limited number of weeks per year per employee. I would also being using this as my home office space while I was there. However, my business (insurance agency) has nothing to do with real estate or rentals.
