My wifes Business is becoming very successful. My government W2 income allows me to max out my 457, my wife Maxes out her safe harbor 401k and we have employees too. Our business net income is over 150k. Where else can we invest or find deductions to offset taxes. We currently are not an S-corp. My accountant is concerned about reasobable comp.
