I’m a client, a big fan, and I recommend you both to others. Thank you for all your expert help.

Am I a candidate for a Trifecta?

  1. I own a 4-plex in CA as a sole proprietor.
  2. I own a 20-unit apartment project in Utah through an LLC with my wife
  3. I own 1/2 of 19-unit apartment project in Utah through an LP
  4. I own LP positions in 12 syndicated multifamily deals in various states
  5. My wife is retired with a good pension
  6. I am a full time investor with an IRS designation as a real estate pro
  7. We have Roth IRAs, Trad IRAs, and a sizable 401k
  8. My daughter (19) has been working for us and she already has a sizable Roth IRA (all because you guys taught me about this… Thank you!!!)
  9. I also earn about $40,000 as a Trustee of an estate
  10. We have strong cash flow from our real estate properties & investments

I was told I don’t have enough side-gig to make the Trifecta worth it. Please give me your thoughts?

Thank you very much for answering my question. I submitted all my stuff to KKOS and I was told I didn’t have enough side gig by KKOS to make the Trifecta worth it. It was recommended to me I don’t follow through and was refunded my payment.

Mark, can you do my Trifecta?

I’ve been a client for some time now. You guys have done a couple LLCs for me and you do my yearly maintenance. You may recall I was sued for a rehab/reconstruction project I did in Rancho Palos Verdes. Big rains, foundation leaked two years after I sold it. I had an LLC but closed it down a few months before I was served with the suit. $650,000 in legal fees for a $30,000 foundation fix… crazy. It was hard. I spoke to you about it during a Costa Mesa or Newport seminar in about 2017/18.

I need help asap. I know I don’t have things set up safely especially the 4-plex in California. I’d like to revisit the Trifecta… can YOU do it for me?
